Suggested Use: Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, for daily maintenance: Adults and children over 12 years old take (5ml) 1 teaspoon daily with 8oz of water 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Product may be prepared as a tea by adding to hot or cold water.
